Muay Thai

Went for my first ever Muay Thai Boxing @ Swish Club today. I finally broke into my gloves that I bought somewhat 2 years ago. It was a very good work out and the trainers there work you around the clock. Sit ups after push ups, uppercuts, jabs, kicks...etc. My arms are already starting to sore. PAIN is always GOOD though.

I'm also planning to check out Thaimatic and a few other private places :)

I've picked up swimming recently and am also considering regular boxing, oh and of course cycling. Age does catch up with you, well at least that is the case for me. Seems like as I grow older, my body's immune system is at rock bottom. Being in the front line with children all the time now isn't helping either. So, it's about time to get fit & healthy.
